William (Bill) Stetson
Partner · Board Certified in Wills, Trusts & Estates
Bill is a uniquely qualified attorney with an LLM in Taxation from the University of Florida, one of the leading taxation programs in the nation, and more than 20 years of experience. He concentrates his practice in estate and trust planning, asset protection planning, fiduciary and beneficiary representation, IRS audits, probate and trust litigation, and income and transfer tax planning.
Prior to joining the firm, Bill served as a Florida Assistant Attorney General in Tallahassee and practiced at nationally recognized firms including SNR Denton (formerly Sonnenschein) and Gunster Yoakley. In 2013 he went in-house to serve as a family foundation’s Executive Director and General Counsel.

Christopher Finley
Partner · Licensed Title Agent · LLM in Estate Planning, University of Miami
Christopher concentrates his practice in real estate, corporate litigation, and estate planning. Before forming his own office in 2012, Chris was associated with three of the nation’s top law firms: Holland & Knight, Greenberg Traurig, and Gunster Yoakley.
Chris represents REITs, developers, lenders, borrowers, and investors in all phases of real property acquisition, development, financing, and disposition. He also represents landlords and tenants in the negotiation of commercial, industrial, and office leases, and assists corporate clients with asset purchase agreements, financing, and entity formation.
Chris is a licensed Title Agent with Attorneys’ Title Insurance Fund.
